  - THEY ARE AMAZING!!! I ordered one because I'm all about thick blades .I Was amazed how well the handle fits and feels . I now have three and one FDE on the way . The possibilities are endless because of the wieght and beefy build .from carving to chopping there not much they can't do ! The well build simplicity of them combined with wide blade lets you pry ,shave and split with out a second thought. Combined with a leather sheath and scales to fit your personality. The BK2 will be with you for quite a while . I know mine will .

  - This knife is a beauty and a beast! It's thick - a whole 1/4" - and heavy - 1lb - and has a full-tang, girthy handle that was much meatier than I expected, in a good way. The factory edge on the blade was ok, but I got it razor-sharp with my black Arkansas stone. This knife is highly acclaimed for its ability to stand up to abuse, and so far it's living up to the hype in my experience! I can cut through any bush with this knife without question. This FDE handle version is a great deal, and I love this color better imo. I also like the sheath a lot more than I expected; the inner plastic that actually holds the blade doesn't dull the blade edge like the full kydex sheath does to my Ka-Bar fighter, and the polyester is more comfortable but still pretty tough, and it has lots of straps and cord holes to mount it in lots of ways, and it has an extra pouch on the front for the Remora, or you can put other folder knives in there, too. This knife really is my true companion, and I recommend you jump on this awesome deal for a limited edition beauty and beast of a blade that's worth of the Ka-Bar and Becker name!
