      • I've had this knife for a little over 4 years. And honestly, as a left-handed individual, this might be the best EDC knife. Great for fishing, cutting grip tape, even slicing in the kitchen. I own a couple of other flippers and never thought of how cumbersome it is to use a liner lock or frame lock, being left-handed. The lock back on the flipper makes it easy. Plus, the stud is reversible. It sharpens really well and holds an edge for a while, thanks to the D2 steel. It's light enough to forget it's in your pocket, but when you need it, you know it's there. It's not aggressive-looking as some of my other knives, which is nice when someone asks for a knife. Ergonomics are great; even non-knife people like it. So much so that I've bought a couple of AUS8 doziers as gifts. I love it so much that I bought a second one as a backup! Thanks, KaBar & Bob Dozier, for teaming up on this one. One day I'll get myself a Bob Dozier blade, but I might be too afraid to put it through its paces like this one.
